I love using frozen bananas in smoothies. They create an ice cream like texture that is perfect for making a thick smoothie bowl. I slice fresh bananas before they turn too brown and throw them in the freezer for use in future smoothies. This is a great way to save bananas before they go bad!

Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowls
This thick smoothie bowl is filled with berry flavor!
Servings 2 small smoothie bowls
- 2 bananas frozen
- 3/4 cup mixed berries frozen
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt dairy-free if needed
- 1/4-1/2 cup carrot orange juice use less for a thicker smoothie
- 1 handful cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
