This simple smoothie recipe is made with mixed berries and frozen banana for a thick and creamy texture. It also sneaks in some veggies!

I love using frozen bananas in smoothies. They create an ice cream like texture that is perfect for making a thick smoothie bowl. I slice fresh bananas before they turn too brown and throw them in the freezer for use in future smoothies. This is a great way to save bananas before they go bad!

You can enjoy this smoothie in a glass or as a smoothie bowl with yummy toppings. I added strawberry chia seed pudding, fruit cereal, and fresh strawberries.
