Who’s ready for a salsa party! So fresh and delicious, salsa is a great way to add more produce to your life!
Pico de Gallo is the classic go-to including plenty of fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro and more. Mix things up for summer with a refreshing Watermelon Salsa using watermelon, tomatoes, and jicama. Or try a fruity Pear Pomegranate Salsa using pear, pomegranate, and red onion.
I could eat chips and salsa every day and these are some of my favorite recipes! Salsa can be used in plenty of other dishes too — salad, soup, and even on sandwiches.
