Frozen bananas make the BEST healthy ice cream (or nice cream)! They are super creamy and the frozen texture is very similar to ice cream. Bananas are also filled with potassium and magnesium to relax overworked muscles and relieve anxiety in preparation for sleep.
While peaches aren’t a significant source of any particular nutrient, they contain fiber, vitamin C, and carotenoids which are thought to reduce the risk of certain disease and cancer.
Strawberries pair wonderfully with peaches! They are packed with antioxidants to help detox the body and are low glycemic index so you don’t have to worry about a blood sugar spike before bed.
Containing probiotics, yogurt improves gut health and adds creaminess to this recipe. I opted for unsweetened plain dairy-free yogurt in this recipe, but you can use whatever kind you want. Look for a variety that doesn’t add too much sugar as this recipe is plenty sweet from all of the fruit.

- 1 banana sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup peach sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup strawberries frozen
- 3 tablespoons yogurt dairy-free if needed
