Ingredients
- 16 oz noodles gluten-free if needed
- 10 shishito peppers grilled
- 5 florets cauliflower
- 4 green onions
- 4 radishes
- 3-4 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small head broccoli
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado for topping
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 head purple cabbage
- 3/4 cup peas
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2-1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Italian dressing to taste - vegan if needed
- Caesar dressing to taste - vegan if needed
Instructions
- Cook noodles per package instructions. Set aside and let cool.
- Chop veggies. Grill shishito peppers.
- Mix everything together. Add Italian dressing + Caesar dressing (if using) to taste. You can sub olive oil in place of dressing. Add avocado on top and enjoy!
