  • 16 oz noodles gluten-free if needed
  • 10 shishito peppers grilled
  • 5 florets cauliflower
  • 4 green onions
  • 4 radishes
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small head broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado for topping
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 head purple cabbage
  • 3/4 cup peas
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Italian dressing to taste - vegan if needed
  • Caesar dressing to taste - vegan if needed


  • Cook noodles per package instructions. Set aside and let cool.
  • Chop veggies. Grill shishito peppers.
  • Mix everything together. Add Italian dressing + Caesar dressing (if using) to taste. You can sub olive oil in place of dressing. Add avocado on top and enjoy!
