Ingredients

  • 1 orange or 2 mandarins peeled and deseeded
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup beets peeled
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt vegan if needed
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root
  • 1 handful ice optional

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
