Mango Orange Peach Cream Soda
Try this dairy-free twist on the classic orange cream soda with fun tropical flavors!
Servings: 2 people
- 3/4 cup fresh, frozen, or canned fruit mango, peach, and orange
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 cup club soda
- 1 cup dairy-free milk I used coconut milk
Make a simple syrup by combining fruit, water, and agave in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a low boil, stirring frequently until reduced into a light syrup (about 10 minutes).
Strain out any fruit from the mixture and move to the fridge to cool. This should make roughly ¾ cup syrup. Set aside the strained out fruit and save to enjoy on yogurt, toast, or oatmeal.
Fill your glasses with ice.
Pour a small amount of the simple syrup into each glass — about 1/4 cup each*.
Add club soda to the glasses — about 1/2 cup each*.
Finish each glass with dairy-free milk — about 1/2 cup each*. Taste and add more syrup, soda, or milk if needed.*Adjust according to glass size.
