Lemon Ginger Nice Cream
Try this tasty tart treat filled with flavor and free of guilt!
Servings: 2 people
- 2 bananas peeled and sliced
- 1/2 lemon juice + zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 1-2 tablespoons dairy-free milk or yogurt
Freeze banana slices 4+ hours or overnight.
Add frozen banana, lemon juice + zest, ginger, and dairy-free yogurt or milk to a blender and blend slowly until smooth. Start with 1 tablespoon of milk/yogurt and add more as needed until you can blend smooth.
Eat as is or freeze an additional 20+ minutes for a firmer scoop.
