Detox Charcoal Chia Seed Pudding
A natural way to detox using activated charcoal in a delicious pudding.
- 1 cup dairy-free milk of choice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon food grade coconut activated charcoal powder
- Sweetener to taste optional
Mix together dairy-free milk, chia seeds, and activated charcoal powder in a mason jar or other sealed container.
Add sweetener of choice to taste — you may not need any depending on the milk you used.
Refrigerate 4+ hours or overnight.
