Golden Milk Latte

This warming latte is made with turmeric and antioxidant filled spices for a healthy boost!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dairy-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • Up to 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon melted coconut oil optional

Instructions

  • Mix spices together.
  • To get milk frothy, shake it up in a larger, enclosed container for 30-60 seconds OR mix in the blender.
  • Heat milk in the microwave in a microwave safe container in 30 second intervals until hot, or over low heat on the stove top in a saucepan.
  • Mix spices, milk, vanilla, sweetener, and melted coconut oil (if using) together until well-combined.
