Golden Milk Latte
This warming latte is made with turmeric and antioxidant filled spices for a healthy boost!
Servings: 2 people
- 2 cups dairy-free milk
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- Up to 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon melted coconut oil optional
Mix spices together.
To get milk frothy, shake it up in a larger, enclosed container for 30-60 seconds OR mix in the blender.
Heat milk in the microwave in a microwave safe container in 30 second intervals until hot, or over low heat on the stove top in a saucepan.
Mix spices, milk, vanilla, sweetener, and melted coconut oil (if using) together until well-combined.
